● All goods sold are non-refundable. However, we provide a 1-time exchange service.
● Qmomo Malaysia provides 7 days of satisfaction for return or exchange products, kindly contact our customer service for an exchange. (FB: Qmomo Malaysia)
● General return requirements:
Item(s) must be in the exact condition they were received:
Unused, unaltered, unwashed with no odour, no damage or signs of use outside of the listed item condition or how it was received.
All parts must be intact.
Must be returned with original product packaging Items.Must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were originally included.
Pantie/leggings/Nubra can't be tried on.
Make sure the products don't have any unpleasant odour, pantie can't be tried on before sending them back to us.
West Malaysia & East Malaysia - The customer needs to pay for the shipping fee sent back to the warehouse and Qmomo bear the shipping fee when re-sending to the customer.
Singapore - The customer needs to pay for the shipping fee sent back to the warehouse and pay RM49 as the international shipping fee and handling fee.
Other Countries - The customer needs to pay for the shipping fee sent back to the warehouse and pay RM79 as the international shipping fee and handling fee.
